Neighborhoods that were the preferred hangout of crack dealers/users at the turn of the century (2000) were transformed into little hipster enclaves all over town in less than 10 years.Edit: additional thought on light rail.

I am so happy that I found this website that is not only very informative, but is filled with genuinely nice and caring people trying to bring up the masses in all things REI.

I along with many others I talked to after who also could not afford the additional courses left so discouraged after this seminar and genuinely disappointed.

Shaun was a guest speaker at my local REIA and he seems to be a genuinely nice man.

And when a genuine deal comes you way you know it and are able to act quickly.

I don't have to work either for the same reason as you, John, but I genuinely enjoy the work.

I recently read where downtown Portland has been transformed immensely.
