Hello everybody my name is David I'm a seasoned real estate broker working out of Charlotte North Carolina and I just got into REI. Being a traditional real estate broker for so long my mind is completely blown at the creative stuff that you guys are doing to put deals together and make money.

I have been on many forums before but this has to be one of the best most informative sites that I have ever been a part of. So for that I thank you.

I'm wondering if there are any other traditional real estate brokers that completely switched over to the investinging and wholesaling side of the business... and if so did they make a more profitable and most importantly enjoyable living that way?
