So this is if you have scholarships or some other sort of free ride. 

I have a landscaping business, and I'm usually riding through several of my targeted markets constantly, in addition to just driving the other vehicles all over the place, so this will give me great exposure to drive leads for my company as well.

I don't do fix and flip, but there are ways of structuring where he takes little risk and gets fixed return, or where he takes full risk and rides shotgun with you on the whole deal.

1) the city is not very attractive (disjointed development, only one grocery store, cheap retail offerings, etc) 2) they continue to allow driving on the beaches and the rednecks/kids drive crazy so you really have to watch out especially with small kids, 3) during the summer season they allow horse riding on the beach and you will see several "companies' with trailers of horses for rent.  

Depending on the contractor that's hired from what I've seen and stories I've heard, Those are the ones that like to ride the clock !

I work a very demanding 9-5 ( I am in Management so it's really a 9-9 lol) but each day for an hour or so I read posts on BP and once a month I have a 6 hour ride to another work location which allows me to catch up on all the BP podcasts..

I was once told that "buy properties within riding distance", riding bicycle. :-)

Well put Dev Horn, I agree with you  100% . love what Joshua Feit input as well that entire concept of taking your potential backer for a ride showing him or her your strategy  live  is brilliant.
