When I take title to property, that includes beneficial interests in trust deed notes, I would vest as follows: John Doe and Mary Doe, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants, as to an undivided 50% interest; and William Smith and Elizabeth Smith, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants, as to an undivided 50% interest.

Kristine Marie PoeWe win the property all the time in Indiana, let me be clear its not the safest place to invest in liens for an outsider, but we've been doing it there for a while, other states, we either get the property, after the redemption, or we get a hold of the owner and buy them out.
