After a couple years of getting settled back in the real estate game, I plan to go full-court press, with a goal to get out of medicine by the time I'm 45 and only working when I want and doing medical missions (I'm 33 now).

I know at least one of them gets a lot of bad press so I don't believe they've been thoroughly screened... but could be wrong.

@Will Cruz, I think you will be hard pressed to find a home that meets that criteria for under $200k in Tampa.

I am hard pressed to find a a book that I can make it though these days as it seems to be the same stuff over and over again.

The long term low interest rates and mass printing press of money globally has caused a great deal of capital to push the stock market upward and this will not end until QE ends.

We do however share if an applicant meets certain predetermined qualifying criteria but if you’re try to review a credit report or background check… no and if an Owner pressed the issue we would also just hand you back the keys, give you a salute and send you on your way.
