It's an amortized schedule, if you keep the loan that loan you will accrue a ton of interest.

I call it a solid double.At the time I was dealing with an eviction and our family was moving CONUS to Honduras (relocated for work), so I was able to use part of my W2 income to weather that storm while also putting my accrued funds to work.
