@Orhi Tahi - here are my 2¢:It’s a nice property, already recently remodeled (compared with Google street view from 2022), which means you’ll not be able to add any “sweat equity” to it, it’s already been squeezed of that.It has a converted garage, otherwise, it would be a 1400 sqft house.
