Round Rock,Tx Purchase - Feedback

I am considering to buy: 2106 Bluebonnet Dr, Round Rock, TX 78664

Any thoughts on the Area and Price ? 

Heard this area got a tornado recently. Any thoughts for that ?

@Orhi Tahi tornados are fairly rare in the Austin metro, but can happen on occasion. Just because it hit this specific area doesn’t mean it will hit it again compared with another area of the market.

The median home price currently in Round Rock is around $380,000, so $350,000 and below will be targeting the more modest sections of Round Rock OR smaller homes. The farther you move west or east from I-35, the communities tend to get nicer (higher priced on the west side, newer builds on the east side). A very general observation, but a place to start with your search.
