@Tommy Panebianco Nobody really talks about the hybrid option which is doing the peak season as a STR then leasing it for offseason to a traveling nurse, business client, people looking to relocate in the offseason.

Transitioning to traveling professionals, traveling nurses, and possibly peer space event spaces are all good ways to make a killing in the short term rental space. 

She's likely more stable than a 24-year-old single mother or two short-order cooks rooming together or that guy that just moved to the area for a new job...
