Looking for people who want to invest in South East England.
I live near Dover in a town called Ashford, I know the south east of England really well, I have invested in property here and usually flip the houses. I also have rental experience too.
We have a high speed train going into London (38mins) and a train that goes into Europe (Eurostar). There is a Netflix studios being built in Ashford, designer outlet that’s recently has a £90m extension, and a central A&E hospital. This is good for nurse/doctor rental.
Anyone live in similar goldmines ?
