I also agree with abiding by the laws governing landlords/tenants.What if this is not the first instance that this tenant or her caregiver has missed paying on the rents.

All government employees, including cops, should be paid wages sufficient to allow positions to be filled by qualified candidates.

One of the big reasons for this is that I think the government is going to monetize the debt by inflating our currency in the long run.

I allow government income at the level actually paid.

I am not a fan of government workers in general and would love to go after this guy, but it probably wouldn't be worth it.
