I'd like to FHA my way into a Multi-Family while I go back to school, or maybe even pick up some lower-end rehabs to get a feel for the business (I have contracting experience.)I'm not trying to jump into anything, just seeing what my options are.

I'm also in school part-time getting my M.S.

I'm not an attorney, although I did complete pre-law and take the LSAT to go to law school...just never actually followed through, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. 

I planned to rent two of the bedrooms to cover the mortgage, do some renovation and save some more money over the next year until I was ready to move on to another property.Meanwhile, I went back to school to get my teaching license because I hated my day job.

Some people on this thread went to law school and passed the bar exam.

I have recently graduated college with a Bachelors in May.
