The free option requires time and they include driving for dollars (virtually or physical), partnering with agents, craigslist or JVing with an existing wholesaler.The paid methods are varied but these also start with generating a list.

That can make it virtually impossible to evict, or at least, very expensive.If circumstances allow, I'd push to get it under contract now with closing scheduled in 6 months.
