18yo looking to House Hack

Hello BP community, My name is Jotran (go by Joe) and I’m 18. I’ve been listening to the podcast for a few months and am looking to purchase a small multi family property in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Preferably a side by side duplex towards the south side of GR (Kentwood, Wyoming, Grandville). I have $18k saved up, a decent credit score, and determination to succeed. Would absolutely love to meet some more seasoned investors and chat about real estate!
