Asmani Set your goal and stick with it do not get sidetracked  and you will become as successful as you want its all i your head  unlike you i never worked for a big company but set my goal and never looked back and what a ride it has been and what a ride i am still on .Good luck to you buddy

I also have family goals that I would like to achieve, including getting my kids on the property ladder, and looking after my son with down syndrome for the rest of his natural life so that he never as to rely on the state.I have a motorbike riding buddy who has experience in real estate and who is now a mortgage broker, and so have committed to work together.So, I'm excited to be here, and have a ton to learn, but I'm looking forward to the journey.

It doesn't beat gold old fashioned walkin' and talkin'.

Google Forms has allowed me to make free surveys to get a feel for what people may what from my services.I am able to automate for example; using the IFTTT app(free), I can send a text to a specific number and it will load a google spreadsheet with the address of the property I saw while riding around, which I can then update with other notes for the property.

Ryan Dossey I've marketed a referral program in similar fashion - plus I have seen it here on BP as a suggestions quite a few times.
