We have grown to 27 units and will be at 40 by the first of the year.. all rents are still being collected manually or mailed in.. we need to shift to a draft system. What are the best options?

By having them opt-in for some free newsletter, ebook or just random local count then you keep contact with them for the fraction of the cost. 

Maybe do it all electronically with the title company?
