@Michael K Gallagher the thing is, in after speaking to a bank and some other folks, the income i would get on the duplex would still have me at a negative debt to income ratio because id be paying the mortgage with that income.

Scraping the MLS and leaning on wholesalers has been my go to source for deal finding but the MLS is few and far between and typically gets bid up to the point where there is no meat on the bone, and I do not seem to have many local wholesalers who are legit.
