Systemization of my fix and flip business

Hey BP, as we all know David Greene preaches one thing (well many things) SYSTEMS SYSTEMS SYSTEMS. I have built out my fix and flip business to a position where I am confident on running my numbers, and have a team set in place to complete the projects and get them sold. Now after growing this business out and having a number of private investors willing to invest in what we have going on I am now bottle necked on finding deals! Scraping the MLS and leaning on wholesalers has been my go to source for deal finding but the MLS is few and far between and typically gets bid up to the point where there is no meat on the bone, and I do not seem to have many local wholesalers who are legit. I have one or two but they are big time players and again their deals are getting bid up as well.

SO MY BIG QUESTION: Systemization of FINDING DEALS! What software do you and your teams use for contacting owners, follow up, virtual assistances, etc? please share!! thanks BP!
