Cincinnati has division 1 college football and basketball, pro football, pro baseball, world class symphony orchestra, world class zoo, multiple major music venues, and excellent schools.

I would probably apply for school loans and get a computer science or engineering degree starting first from a local community college to save costs.  

-------------------------------------------------------In my good school, good desirability and safe areas I have higher rents but make lower % return. 230K  duplex, 70K to rehab it (was gonna flip it), rented 1700 and 1650, or 3350/mo. 

Loma Linda University is a post graduate medical school.

I'd like to FHA my way into a Multi-Family while I go back to school, or maybe even pick up some lower-end rehabs to get a feel for the business (I have contracting experience.)I'm not trying to jump into anything, just seeing what my options are.

I'm also in school part-time getting my M.S.

I graduated from University of North Texas in 1980 with BBA in Marketing and Real Estate.

Ive recently graduated and began working in finance waiting for a full time offer.

I'm not an attorney, although I did complete pre-law and take the LSAT to go to law school...just never actually followed through, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
