that's the real issues states are having now.. when I sat down with the Oregon investigator who is looking at one wholesaler.. that was her comment she said he is not an investor he is a real estate broker .. but he has no license that's not legal what he is doing.. its as simple as that.

The 8 apartments are very well maintained, each one is 1 bedroom with a living room, kitchen and sitting bar, bathroom and utility room that includes washer/dryer, hot water tank and furnace.

Cheapest route I found is white, blank chloroplast signs on amazon, a box of magnum sharpie markers, nails with plastic washer on them at big box store, and my wifes nice handwriting.
