The mortgage broker (Frank Acevedo, Prime Lending) that we're using said that the bank may reject it since it's an investment property if there's currently a tenant.My Realtor says normally the seller just buys out the tenant's lease.We're going to look at Monday and see if it's actually something we'd want haha.

We feel the home is very overpriced, but the seller completely rejected our original offer of $440K (at the time she was asking $529K).We asked to pay for an independent appraisal on the home because we are willing to pay fair market value.
