there are brokerages that are your basic incubators for new agents.. full of training.. that's what you need as others have stated if your current broker has no formal scheduled training videos and training sessions you need to switch.you cant learn real estate brokerage and sales from a cracker jack box.. nor from the internet.. you need real training..

@Harv Yergin IV My rentals are as high tech as they get ( video doorbells, smart thermostats, water leak detection etc.,) but smart locks weren't good ROI for me.

We showed him couple of video testimonials from our other sellers (very important to do that) and we also connected him with our Escrow Officer who sometimes helps us close some last minute hesitations from the seller.
