Hello, I will be at Huntsville this weekend taking kids to the Space & Rocket center and since I am going to be in town anyway, I thought of visiting some area areas that may be good from a buy and hold rental investment standpoint.

Are you in the early stages of building an empire where you want to save capitol? 

Even though I'm still in the negotiation stages of the acquisition, I am certainly open to ideas.

I really like this area as we're seeing a lot of spillover from people being priced out of Roscoe Village, North Center, and Ravenswood.

Just to help give an idea of what I would be working with the plot is mostly rectangular and the house is basically right in the center (go figure).

I'm currently in the stage of analyzing SFR deals, but on realtor/zillow, the tax number I'm seeing is based off someone who's using the property to live in.
