@Evan ParkerThere's less insurance, less common area, less shared utilities, and sometimes better financing (though not always as creative).

@Victor Evans I got it check from inspector and there was no issue with foundation rather minor cracks which was due to other reason.

Evan if you don't buy it for the few bucks it is a cheap lesson..
