If you are internet-savvy, Make a Youtube video of the property (like a walkthru of you talking on a cellphone video or Nice Picture Slideshow With Voice Over), point people to check out more info on your site, and then blast to your blog, social media and/or email it to your other agent networking contacts.

A few hours reading the Internet and watching videos can get you a ton of good and free SEO techniques.
