I would like to pull some equity out to fund a new venture, but I'm having a problem getting any of the "big banks" to lend against this property.One reason is that they typically only make loans $50k and above.

I found BiggerPockets after taking a leap away from job security and failing in my first and latest business venture (though it's going much better now).

I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have if you decide to venture into Cheyenne, although like @Bill S. says, the market here is pretty similar to NoCo.

A little back ground, we both have owned businesses and now want to venture together into real estate.  

I am saving, but I don't know when it wouldn't feel like I am putting everything into this venture.
