Hello,

My name is James. I am interested in starting to invest in real estate, particularly rental properties. I want to invest because I do not see my portfolio growing fast enough over the next thirty years to sustain my family into retirement.

I would like to invest in a rental property before 2015 ends. This first property needs to produce a $400-$500 in monthly return. I would then like to purchase six properties every 12 months over 3 years, each property giving returns of $400-$500.

My experience/knowledge in real estate investing is very little. I am here to learn how to start and grow into this field.
