Study each blank on them and KNOW what goes in which space and why it's a particular name, number of legal description that goes there.

I have been so nervous through out all this but its been a good experience to stare a few fears in the face and chug along.

Off the top of my head, I'm drawing a blank to use as an example. 

Buying with cash and refinancing is probably a possibility for me, but again, the Note and mortgage.If I ask the lending officer to provide me with a copy of a blank Note and mortgage ahead of time, will they do so?

I did find a massive 27,000-line spreadsheet that detailed every house in my town, but the column for "Zone" was blank for every one.

I've primarily been researching topics to learn more about, and have started networking here on BP to fill in the blanks.  

I know a lot of people that work jobs that they love, because they love it, and the money is decent but not the overriding facet of their existence - in fact, most anyone who's been successful at anything will tell you point blank that the money was nice but was not the primary motivation at why they kept at it, or pursued it further.
