Researching what lots are zoned as

Hello all, For the life of me, I cannot find information on the internet about my area’s zoning. I did find a massive 27,000-line spreadsheet that detailed every house in my town, but the column for "Zone" was blank for every one. Does anyone know where to find this info online? The area is Hamilton, NJ. The reason I’m doing this is because I want to find out which lots in my town are zoned for multi-families so I can potentially build a modular multi-family. How do you all go about researching zoning? I’d prefer to do it on the internet rather than heading to the township and looking at their paper maps. Thanks Kyle
