It goes to the heart of promoting trust in the profession (after 80's savings and loan crisis) through genuine independence and avoiding bias.

I'm genuinely grateful for his wisdom and his Experience being passed down to me; I would also like to Thank the Biggerpocket podcast for informing me, how to see the real estate industry from different view also expanding my knowledge every time I listen to a new podcast.

Nothing gives me more joy than to transform a home while providing a safe and comfortable environment for tenants. 

I recently found a 2 bed/1 bath home selling for less than other comparable homes in the area, and upon entering the home, learned that with a few thousand dollar investment that it can easily be transformed into a 4 bed/1.5 bath home. 

Nobody talks or thinks like that so it's not genuine.

Special thanks to @J Scott  @Mark Ferguson whose posts I read and were pivotal in convincing me that in order to be a genuine real estate investor, you need a license.  

Example:  Look at the number of skyscrapers in the West Loop and you can see the transformation in front of your eyes.
