Hello, BiggerPocket, My name is Eskindrias, I'm from Canada, Winnipeg.

Newbie to BiggerPocket and new to real estate investing, I'm currently working for a general contractor/property investor. also He is my mentor/ teacher. He is helping me learn about investing and how to fix an apartment and rent it out. I'm genuinely grateful for his wisdom and his Experience being passed down to me; I would also like to Thank the Biggerpocket podcast for informing me, how to see the real estate industry from different view also expanding my knowledge every time I listen to a new podcast. I'm currently saving 70% of my income from my day job to invest in my first property. I have one question, is there anyone here on Biggerpocket from Winnipeg, that knows about a real estate event I should join or attend. I want to connect and network with other investors or other business minded people. If I could help with something to participate in an event, I would love to help.  Welcome to BP. I recommend setting up some keyword alerts for the cities in your area. I imagine there are many investors on this site talking about the Winnipeg area.
