@Monica Morff - Tenant has been on their own since December 2018 and rent has been late every month- Tenant lied about sending rent- Tenant received rental assistance, so really never even paid a dime themselves- Tenant is verbally threatening to their wife- Tenant was was arrested for check fraud - Tenant will be prosecuted for check fraud, so if convicted that means jail and fines- Tenant lost job- Tenant is asked to pay or leave and they do neither- Tenant blames you for their problems (did you frame them for check fraud, did you tell him to threaten his wife?)
