I'm a buy and hold investor in Baltimore City. On BP it seems that there are a lot of wholesalers. But for investors how do you go about finding a great wholeseller? I'm looking for someone that can find Duplex deal. Thoughts?

@Andrew Boykins it depends on the group. Virtually all REIAs and meetup groups have 40-50% first timers. Next month will be a different group of first timers. Most groups will also have some experienced investors, agents, wholesalers, the occasional lawyer or CPA. But oddly enough there doesn't seem to be many contractors that show up. I guess the good ones can't keep up with the business and don't need to show up. The bad ones don't want to see all the investors they stiffed.
