I went to a BIG chain store and made the purchase of a fridge, range, microwave, and dishwasher and specifically selected the appliances that could be delivered before I left ( about a week out).

Our Utilities Budget allows the utilities such as water/sewer, gas, electrical, etc. to remain in our name {for the reasons @Dawn Anastasi raises above}, but has the client assume responsibility for their utility consumption.We execute the Utilities Budget in a separate agreement to the lease itself (but it exists as a schedule to the lease).

My team and I are trying do market research for a portable dishwasher.

I rearranged the layout so that it now has a built in microwave, dishwasher, full size stove, new counters, tiled backsplash etc.
