@Deonte Champ  Being stationed in Hawaii has made it harder for us to do deal finding the old fashioned way of driving around in our markets. 

I know it might sound crazy but my wife and I might move into an RV a couple months before the move to make sure the STR goes well before we start the move to the next duty station.

It is not in the still calm of life, or the repose of a pacific station, that great characters are formed ...

@Erik K.That's where I will be stationed, so that is the area I've been looking at as well.I will let you know if I'm able to find any good resources, please do the same.

I just got stationed here and am very new to the area.

My brother in law is stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC.

Have an application station on site.If exposure is an issue, you need to make sure your rental is listed on all popular sites and MLS ideally.If all of these occur and still no solid applicants the issue is likely the price.

I'm in Mississauga area, but work downtown (union station), so I'm good with wherever. 

I served in the Marines and was stationed in Beaufort 2013-2017.

I would also check to make sure there are no geographic red flags in or near the property like cemeteries, power stations or anything that might make re-selling it hard in the event its more problems then you can take on.
