I'll be traveling down to the Norfolk area next Friday 7/21 to see a few apartment buildings- one in Portsmouth, VA and two in Norfolk, VA. Can anybody recommend a local property manager who can handle 50+ unit buildings in the area? Also, if any other investors are available, perhaps we could meet up in the evening to discuss real estate!

Hi Justin,

I have a small portfolio of SFHs spread out across Hampton Roads. I would be interested in having a conversation with someone who is looking at larger scale deals in the area. I'm free Friday night if you will still be in town.
