For many parcels when the use changes hands they do not see the value in digging up unused old tanks.

From what I see the annual income does not support that asking price and the extra hurdle of being a LL in LA.

If rental property owners are trying to rent out a vacant unit, they don’t need to be at the property for a prospective tenant to see the property.

I based the income on all 4 units rented because I like to see the future (or market) value but maybe that's a mistake since it clearly inflates the numbers.

I recently received a property memorandum for a DST and was surprised to see the the offering was 23% over the appraised value of the property.  

My buyers have some concern about the current quarantine affecting our ability to see the units as well as the banks potentially having issues if things keep getting worse.

I'm trying to zoom out and see the big picture of this deal instead of focusing on the immediate uncertainties.

I hate to say this in this forum and keep it to RE and never mention politics but see the trend that is before us, unfortunately, this pandemic has given the (D)'s a perfect opportunity to push their agenda to transform the country. 

I read some comparison giving IIP or allstar good ratings, but when I see the google reviews are not that great either.

I also don't see the other HML's closing.
