I used Equity Title and West Star for the servicing company and both of these companies have been professional to work with.

Either your flooring company did a bad job installing it, in which case you should ask them to fix it, or the tenant is doing something to destroy the flooring. 

Tons of management companies will run it for you.

This would be set by you, you could go the Padsplit route which is company that rents by the week and helps secure tenants, or you can find them yourself through FB marketplace or Zillow and get a lease made and take a deposit.

@Agustin Conti In the case of these repairs to the driveway and patio/deck I would think they are solely cosmetic and at your discretion as to if you will pay for them unless your insurance company has flagged it and told you to repaint it or repair it which you did not mention so I will assume is a no.
