I  would  recommend  1) get pre approved  using whatever  scenario you want  2)  if  the  seasonal income  scenario isnt  approvable  -  obtain a  job that is more permanent   that a lender  will be able to  use for  qualifying you for a loan

I want to purchase this home with the mobile home, but it sounds like if I want to finance it that is not possible.It sounds like the mobile has had it's wheels removed and has skirting around it, making it "permanent".

Most manufactured homes should be on concrete blocks, whether it is a permanent foundation or a set of piers usually about 3 blocks high.
