I'm so grateful to have stumbled across this fine group of people on the internet.

I have two things holding me back right now and I would like some advice from you folk here at BP.1) I currently live at home with my parents (very grateful for that) and am looking to purchase and love into my own multi-family around this time next year.

You called us a bunch over the weekend (which I'm crazy grateful you did and you didn't give up!)

You guys are amazing and I’m grateful for bigger pockets.

So I would get the duplex AND keep living very gratefully with my mother and accepting her sacrifices for me, and put every cent my business produces towards paying down the student debt to keep my Debt Snowball going.

I would be grateful if you could share your thoughts on the best Seattle real estate clubs/meetings where I could develop my understanding of the current Seattle real estate market. 

Still I'm grateful for the added motivation because I get My RE Investing business going I'll begin a Local MeetUp group More In Line w/ the BP Spirit.

I work a 9/80 meaning I get every other Friday off so for that I am very grateful as it has allowed me to spend additional time in educating myself on the real estate investment world which is a big one to grasp!!!

We would be so grateful if anyone has suggestions.
