Hi Everyone,We recently formed our S-Corp and LLC corporate structure, created our team that included a Real Estate Agent, Accountant, Lawyer, Inspector, GC, Drywall specialist, Plumbing specialist, Electrician, and HVAC specialist.  

really depends on what niche an agent is in.when I sold real estate I was a land specialist..so my week days were spent in the morning getting to the golf course by 10am finishing about 3pmgo home.. check my message machine ( remember those)  eat dinner then at about 7pm ( after everyone was done with dinner) hit the phones for about 1 hour setting up appointments for the weekend showings. 

There are a few lawyers who specialist in this area.

I am a buyer/investor specialist in the Charlotte/Concord area and I would love to be your person of contact here in NC.

I would recommend the borrower speak to a short sale specialist, as he is digging himself a deeper hole.

There are tax attorney specialists for property taxes that may be able to help you file an appeal.

The price for just the sump pump seems a lot but I am not from that area neither a specialist on that type of work.

While I understand the other segments I am a specialist in these.

As technology becomes wide spread with park residents, I think this issue will sort itself out.
