Referrals Needed- Colorado General Contractor
Hi Everyone,
We recently formed our S-Corp and LLC corporate structure, created our team that included a Real Estate Agent, Accountant, Lawyer, Inspector, GC, Drywall specialist, Plumbing specialist, Electrician, and HVAC specialist. We thought we were ready to move forward so we looked at houses, made offers, and eventually landed a great 1926 house that's in great condition and has a several rehab options. Here's where we hit our snag.
We had our GC come to the property and listen to our ideas. He said he'd go off and get some quotes for us but we haven't heard back from him. We've left him several messages but still no word back. That said, we decided to contact our backup GC however we just learned that he's taken on a project that may take up too much of his time and keep us from getting our project done quickly.
So, this brings me to my post. We're looking for referrals to GCs in Colorado who can take on a new project. We need final quotes to evaluate three scenarios for our property: 1) popping the top and adding 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms up stairs plus opening up some walls on the first floor, 2) building out the side of the property to add a master suite while still opening up some walls on main floor, and 3) assisting us in opening up some walls on the main floor.
Any help the community can provide is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jeff
