If an engineer signs off and says the existing footings are built to code, shouldn't that be enough for the city?

@Jeremy Toney Hey Jeremy - one of the simplest answers to your question would be “reverse engineering” pretty much have a great website and drive traffic to it with lead generation.

@Jessica Brown when you focus on digital lead generation - you need a reverse engineering approach where the leads flow to you based on what people in your area are searching.
