Social Media for Motivated Sellers?

Hello all!

I'm BRAND NEW to this, so take it easy on me please!

I'm looking for some tips on advertising via social media.

What works for you? What doesn't? Which platforms do you have the most success? What information needs to come first in the advertisement? Do you keep a page active with daily/weekly posts? Instagram? Facebook?

Do you see more leads come in through DD, mailing?

And all of the other things I'm missing. Give me all of your 2cents!

Hi Jessica. I think there are opportunities on all major platforms, depending on your goals and creativity. I would focus on creating engaging content for users, and limit direct advertising as much as possible if you are trying to grow your following and develop a community. You want to be providing value for them. If you are solely looking for leads, I would try to geo-target people within my preferred location radius and try to find where they are interacting on each platform. It may be a local group/page/marketplace on FB, or a local hashtag on IG, etc. What are your goals for social media?
