I am entertaining the idea of networking with a local custom builder that I know to build a new home with the purpose of selling it once completed.

Then start looking for a few things.Vacant home (you can tell from pictures)Probate or estate in descriptionHouses that need workI feel like people start freaking out around the 90 day mark and may start to entertain offers they previously would have denied.

Taking that into account, you can spend just a little bit more in my scenario and you will have a nearly new one owner car with modern safety, gas mileage, entertainment system, etc. 

@Marisa R.I think if it's a Warren or Bernie nomination then RE investors need to beware; not right away but looking out 10-20 years there may be enough credibility granted (assumed) by most people to some of what they're advocating to slowly move the needle on what people are willing to entertain.  

An entertaining question for most I'm sure.
