Texas law does not support this kind of strategy, and you will be risking possible criminal prosecution if you do so.

I love how you are gods gift to landlords...we should al be honored to have you as a tenant and bow down at your feet.... and all landlords are money grubbing criminal douchebags.

She has to pay in cash because of cyber stalking, id theft etc.  

If you go about it in the wrong manner, you could find yourself on the wrong end of either criminal charges or a nice civil case against you.

I have no criminal background,excellent credit and a good job so i don't think ill have a problem with the application.
