I have been looking at CRM's like Hubspot and Odoo and I tend to get a little overwhelmed because their tutorials all seemed to be geared towards those that have multiple people working on the CRM and all of this automation when all I want is a simple database.

Some people love it, while others hate it.

I would love to connect and network with as many people as possible!

I'm also wondering what type of properties people have been successful with (single family home, small condo projects, or large complexes).

For various structural reasons people think this rate is higher than it was before, so that the "new normal" would be at a higher level.  

We have an influx of people coming in who are associated with the program that are purchasing and renting.
