Total cost = Initial fees (one time with thousands) for a package + monthly membership fee + registered agent fee for every LLC + one time cost to setup all these LLCs, S Corp, Land Trust etc (several thousands or enroll into another package)So the total cost was too high.

You might also want to try talking to a few mobile home dealerships in your area to see if they work with any investors who may be interested in a package deal for the homes. 

If you are doing renos, package up the stuff/move it out of the way and tarp it until that time has passed and then donate or toss it.
