I have been considering seeking a builder to complete a row of 3 bed 2 bath town homes.

Couches, tables, nick-nacks, beds, flowers, ect.

Also, tanning beds are something to consider as well.

He is currently occupying the home.It is a 3 bed 1 bath, 1040 sq.ft.Here lies the rub: He owes $47K 1st mortgage with 26 years left at a 2% rate.

I will also put out a flyer at the same time the sign goes out to give basics on the house...beds, baths, s.f., updates and price. 

@Joseph Ball   OK Lake O is really not a hot bed of investor business.. but there are other areas of PDX that are desirable to cash flow folks. but its a 1% or a little less market with appreciation a reality.Thanks for the kudo's
