My name is Drew Kimminau. I work in the St. Louis area and have just recently bought my first single family home to rent out. I am ready to continue to buy more and more properties until I reach my goal of financial freedom. Right now I am focusing on turnkey properties but after my next two deal I would love to try doing some type of flip, or at the least purchase a home that needs some work before renting. I am not handy what so ever so I am hoping that after owning a home/homes will make me learn. I want to continue to buy single family homes but I am very interested in multifamily homes too. My next purchase will either be another 3 bed single family home or a 4 plex.
